1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Stoma India Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices.

3.3 Order Acceptance

Your order is confirmed only after it has been processed and dispatched. Stoma India reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including for: Product unavailability Errors in pricing or product information Suspected fraud

4. Payments

We accept secure online payments via: Credit/Debit Cards Net Banking UPI Wallets Stoma India uses trusted third-party payment gateways and does not store sensitive payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timelines

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days and delivered as per standard courier timelines based on location.

5.2 Delays

Stoma India is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

6.1 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support. Once dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed.

6.2 Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions: The product is unused and in original condition. Original packaging and invoice are intact. Some products (e.g., perishable or hygiene items) may not be eligible.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to: Use the Platform for unlawful activities. Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful content. Violate intellectual property rights of Stoma India or third parties. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and software, are the intellectual property of Stoma India and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Reviews and User Content

If you post reviews, ratings, or comments: You grant Stoma India the right to use, publish, and display the content. You agree not to post anything offensive, false, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

The Platform may contain links to external websites or services. Stoma India is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of such third-party websites.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoma India shall not be liable for any: Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stoma India, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or applicable laws.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at stomaindia.com/privacy-policy. It explains how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Batala, Punjab, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
